CNP presents the Round the Mountain classic

Cycling New Plymouth is proud to present the Round the Mountain Classic 2024.  With a storied history going back to 1911, this is New Zealand's oldest one-day race.  The Round the Mountain classic is open to all holders of a current Cycling New Zealand Club licence.

 

Entry fees for the 2024 edition:

Early bird entry before the 10th Feb: $60    

Entries after 10th Feb: $80     

Entries will close Midnight on the 23rd March to allow for handicapping.

Late Entries maybe accepted after 23rd Mar: $120. No entries after Midnight 30th March 2024

Improvements this year are

• Chief Handicapper can’t race. (Handicap committee, Chief has final decision)

• Handicaps will be published on 8am on the Monday of race week.  There will be a short opportunity to challenge via a formal process, HC’s final at noon on Wednesday of race week
